Terms and Conditions

  • Members will earn 1 point for every THB 100 spent.
    Any spending amount less than THB 100 will not be counted toward point accumulation and cannot be carried forward to the next transaction.

  • Membership points can only be collected at the time of payment. The Company reserves the right not to allow retroactive point accumulation under any circumstances. Please inform our staff before or during payment to ensure successful point collection.

  • Please press the “Redeem” button in the presence of our staff before using this reward.

  • This reward is valid at all Arno’s Group restaurants,
    except Arno’s at Silom Serene Hotel.

  • This reward cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

  • This reward is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    Once redeemed, points will be deducted automatically by the system.

  • This reward is valid for dine-in only.

  • Arno’s Group reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • ทุกการใช้จ่าย 100 บาท ท่านจะได้รับ 1 แต้ม
    ทุกการใช้จ่ายครบ 100 บาท (หนึ่งร้อยบาทถ้วน) ท่านจะได้รับ 1 แต้มสะสม
    ยอดใช้จ่ายที่ไม่ครบ 100 บาทจะไม่ถูกนำมาคำนวณเป็นแต้ม และไม่สามารถสะสมทบยอดในครั้งถัดไปได้

  • การสะสมแต้มจะต้องดำเนินการในขณะทำรายการชำระเงินเท่านั้น ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถดำเนินการสะสมแต้มย้อนหลังได้ในทุกกรณี กรุณาแจ้งพนักงานก่อนหรือขณะชำระเงินทุกครั้ง เพื่อไม่ให้พลาดสิทธิประโยชน์ในการสะสมแต้ม
  • กรุณากดปุ่ม Redeem ต่อหน้าพนักงานก่อนใช้สิทธิ์ทุกครั้ง

  • สามารถใช้ของรางวัลนี้ได้ที่ร้านในเครือ Arno’s Group ทุกสาขา
    ยกเว้น Arno’s at Silom Serene Hotel

  • ของรางวัลนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลดหรือโปรโมชั่นอื่นได้

  • ของรางวัลไม่สามารถคืน เปลี่ยน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
    เมื่อกด Redeem แล้ว ระบบจะทำการหักแต้มโดยอัตโนมัติ

  • ของรางวัลนี้สามารถใช้ได้สำหรับการรับประทานที่ร้านเท่านั้น (Dine-in only)
