Tips for cooking Arno’s Steak

  1. Season the steak all over with a good pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the pan to high heat (about 190˚-220˚) then put olive oil 1 soup spoon to the pan

Porterhouse:

1-Seared the steak on both sides for 2-3 minutes until you can see a deep brown crust.
2-Put it in the preheated oven (about 190˚-220˚) leave it in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, for medium-rare, Or Continue to cook in the pan, just flip the steak every 2-3 minutes 2 times more, for medium-rare.
3-Putt in a plate and wait 10 minutes before eating


Tenderloin: 

1-Seared the steak for about 2 minutes per 1 side until you can see a deep brown crust.
2-Flip the steak 2 times within 2-3 minutes, for medium-rare.
3-Putt in a plate and wait 5 minutes before eating
